Father's Day
“Ordinarily I would say love the product but since it took nearly a month to even arrive after time of order and totally missed the occasion I had ordered it for (Father’s Day) the thing is still in the box sitting on the floor of my house because it’s too expensive to ship and my father won’t be back until months from now. So I don’t know if it’s nice or not it didn’t arrive in time for me to find out. Have ordered twice previously and both times the order was shipped within a week. This time nearly a month. And any correspondence with customer service basically said that they would check on it but never got any real answers or updates. Very disappointed. Don’t know if I would recommend or not.”
“It was a lot smaller than I expected it to be but it was still nice. And my order didn't come with the top for the decanter so I had to reach out to have it shipped. It was a Father's Day gift for my husband. I also paid for fast shipping and didn't get it in the timeframe that I paid for.”
