“It was broken into at least one hundred pieces, yes I said BROKEN! It was poorly packed except for the decanter top. The Only piece packed with any semblance of care was the decanter top/lid/closer (whatever you call it). You have shown such horrible customer service from the very beginning of this purchase. Horrible!”
“I placed 2 orders. 1 was perfect, the other not so much. The decanter was completely crushed however, I left a message for customer service and an email. My email was returned the next business day and the replacement order was received a few days later. The person I gifted loved hers so much that she requested the website to place an order for her loved ones for an anniversary! Thank you so very much for excellent workmanship and customer service. Will be placing future orders.”
