“Words can't describe how disappointed I am with the personalization on this Pet Memorial Ornament I received. There are 4 etched, unremoveable lines, 2 around the Paw and 2 around the personalization. It looks like tape was put over the lines but it's actually markings etched into the glass. This was a gift for a friend who lost their beloved dog and it's horrible. I'm embarrassed to even give it to her. I emailed the company of my disappointment and I got no response. I am so angry and disappointed. This was supposed to lovingly commemorate a lost pet and it's a mess. So disappointed.”
