“the engraving is nice and the quality of the tools seem good. however, I wish I couldve chosen a font and also gotten the handle of the tools engraved for an extra $10. also, i think there should automatic email updates at least for when an order has shipped. I recieved no info after I placed me order (except receipt) and had to email customer service to find out the status. dropped the damn thing on my toes. ouch! overall happy with the product.”
