“We thought the wording would be actually engraved, but it was a 'stick on'. The gift wrapping which we paid extra for was so badly done with cheap paper and labels we are having to re wrap ourselves. Our order came to over £50 but we still had to pay delivery. Apparently gift wrapping wasn't included. (The order total was 5p below the free delivery cut off.) The email sent out was confusing with the wrong price, when I queried it I was told I would have to pay another £10 as they had invoiced it wrong, which I did only to find on my card they had charged for the full amount anyway. This meant another phone call to the office, to get the £10 refunded to my card. ( Ihave not checked yet whether this has happened.) I will not buy anymore products from this company.”

“Very pleased with the bowl itself. However I purchased it because it could be personalised and I asked for a personal message to be etched on the bowl. This message was not added to the bowl and I will be contacting you shortly to see how this matter can be addressed. Your response to my enquiry was very good and you were very helpful in addressing the matter. We now have the bowl with the personalised message and are extremely pleased with it and very satisfied with the way that you carried out your business. Very many thanks John Bowes.”
