“Really pleased with my new chair, replacing an aged office chair that I had too long. This is so comfortable and there are loads of positions you can have for the arms and the back can go slightly back or right back if you want to chill, I am using it as a WFH chair and a gaming chair and it's great, seems a quality product and quite easy to put together.”

“I've never had a gaming chair before and as I'm working from home I needed something more comfortable than the normal office chair. To say this is comfortable is an understatement. The build quality is fantastic. If I had one minor change, make all the range have cold foam backs. Top quality service too. Amazing company and customer support.”

“Hi! Been using the chair very frequently for long periods of time for several weeks now. Can't recommend it enough. I'm someone who moves around a lot in several positions when sat for long periods and the adjustability is great, build quality feels great and the ''bucket seat'' edges are not pronounced enough to make it uncomfortable when sitting with legs crossed on the chair, which is great! Never knew how important arm rests would be when PC gaming for a great length of time, they are made of a slightly squidgy yet slide-y and hard material so to not hamper fast arm movements, and are very adjustable too. The lumbar/head cushions are slightly dense but I'm fine with this as I know they will ease up to be perfect after some good usage. Delivery was fast, it looks good, sleek, will never go to sleep in it but could do if I wanted with that recline, boom boom, great tings. I'm 5'10" and its a great fit for me, I believe it would still be fine for much taller people too which is something I've seen people complain about in reviews of other chairs. Had one problem when it first arrived, the gas cylinder was faulty (missing button) so it would not go up/down. I wasn't annoyed, I understand there will always be an occasional fault in productions so I got in touch with customer support. Exclaimed I just needed a replacement cylinder sent, got a reply from Louisa after 10 minutes!! of sending that email and had the replacement delivered the following day through Royal Mail Special Delivery - was very impressed with this and was still using the chair up to that point. In summary, for a chair of this price point, I think its is a contender with similar chairs of double the price. The customer service I received was brilliant and makes me have good faith in the warranty should anything go wrong later on. Great price, great service, great chair - recommended buy!”

“Very nice leather chair, easy enough to put together but will probably need two people. I love all the supports and various features that come with this chair, the locking back angle is a great feature as well ad the 4D arm rests. Overall a very good purchase.”
