“At first very disappointed - the box looked like it had been found in a skip - holes in all corners & filthy, covered in black dust. Thankfully the chair inside was ok - easy to assemble - instruction pictures could have been a little clearer. Very happy son with his birthday present - great chair!!”

“The chair comes requiring assembly, but the instructions are comprehensive and the build took about 30 minutes. In terms of comfort, the height adjustable lumbar cushion offers good support for the lower back but the cushion for neck support I personally find uncomfortable and have removed. The idea is great to keep your head level with the monitor, but the elasticity of the strap and clip aren't strong enough to hold it at the height I need so I essentially had to move up to my neck and use the support of my head to hold it in place. The build is sturdy and seat and shell are comfortable for extended periods, in all in, I believe this is a good compromise between cost and functionality.”

“A supportive, comfortable, stylish gaming/office chair that feels absolutely fantastic quality ! I knew I was onto a winner when I took out the legs and it was made from metal, none of this cheap plastic stuff like so many other (including many expensive) brands offer. Easy enough to put together and feels reassuringly sturdy, No creaking or rubbing noises. Love that it tilts and then when you've have enough you can completely recline the backrest. I sit for at least 10h each working day and now I don't have back ache once I've finished. My only regret....I should have purchased this 18months ago !”
