“Brilliant experience from purchase to use. As a mum buying for a teen gamer I had no idea what to look for and John gave me clear, comprehensive advice about the best chair for my son within 10 minutes of my emailing. It arrived a couple of days later despite being very close to Christmas, was well packaged and easy to set up. And my son, who is an avid PC gamer was really thrilled with it. I’m an interior designer and even I thought it was pretty stylish for a gaming chair. Best customer service I’ve had in a year when so many businesses have blamed Covid for poor service. And a great quality product that runs rings around many more expensive competitors. Outstanding! Highly recommend!”
