“I've used this three times so far, applied over existing blister sites on feet. Held off the blisters over 15km and looking forward to seeing if it can take me further! Definitely follow the advice of applying a layer the night before - air dry (it will be slightly tacky but not greasy), and then apply again on the day. So far, so good.”

Does help if you put it on the night before a long run and doesn’t make you feel yucky doing it that way either.
