As a fairly warm blooded runner I personally find myself a bit too hot to run in the long sleeved version (I also purchased the short sleeve), it's perfect for early morning (or evening) walks and trail hikes. The first time I wore it with a group of people as car lights hit our group in the evening and my shirt illuminated I heard a chorus of 'OOOHHHHH's go up - suffice to say it does exactly what it's intended to do.”
