“Nothing but praise for Rachel and her team. Their service was second to none, very personal and friendly all the way through but especially when it came to choosing which doormat we wanted. It was for a Christmas present for our son and his family who are moving into a new house. We were thrilled when it arrived as it is everything we expected having seen one at a friend's house and admiring it greatly. On Christmas morning at present opening time, the kids were blown away by the mat and wanted to know where we'd got it from etc etc. They LOVE it and so do we.
