“I was unhappy with the colour of my mat after all the trouble we went to trying to choose, sadly Rachael. It is a mustard yellow brown with no warmth or peachy tones as I had wanted. So unfortunate as the quality and printing and size are perfect. It is unfortunately completely the wrong tonings for our house.”

“I contacted Rachel as I had friends travelling over seas that had seen a door mat which had their unusual surname on it they had posted a photo of it on Facebook. I wanted to surprise them with one the same for their new house that is currently being built. When I sent picture and details to Adoremat I received an email back from Rachel within half an hour ( late one evening after Hours) and assured me she could get the design team to make a proof up for me. But this couldn’t be until I placed and order but Rachel personally assured me that if I was not happy with the artwork she would refund me the money paid to place the order. The Artwork was emailed to me within two days I made an adjustment to the date as I made a mistake when placing the order. Rachel s cutomer service was excellent she kept me informed of the progress of my order each step of the way and I am extremely happy with the final product.”
