“Received promptly from Advexure, however the module does not work properly with all RTK networks. The altitude is incorrectly given by the module. I got a 'run around' answer from Autel with a statement that it would be fixed in a future firmware upgrade.”

“The unit does not work properly with the NYS RTN. This is a known issue and apparently a firmware update will happen 'sometime'. There are work-arounds, but they all involve the processing software. It was not made apparent that the unit does not necessarily work with all networks. If a firmware update is successful, the unit may do what was advertised.”

“If I’m reviewing Advexure, they were amazing and I will definitely be back. As for the RTK module, it’s constantly connecting and disconnecting and Autel staff are not well trained on it. Autel ticket response leaves a great deal to be desired in general.”
