“I want to start by saying that the service was fast and efficient and they made the return process easy. I am disappointed because I bought an autel Evo II not knowing that it was not compatible with any third party apps, which I need. So when i mentioned this amd decided to go with the Mavic 2 pro with the smart controller (which says that it has enhanced capabilities with an SD card inserted, and the mavic 2 pro is compatible with third party apps) I came to find out the the smart controller is not compatible with third party apps. Even when I told them this was the reason for my return and sent the evo II back to switch to the Mavic smart controller package, they neglected to tell me I'd have the same issue. No I am 2 days out from a job that requires Drone Deploy and I have to borrow a drone, use my old P4P or go to Best Buy to try to buy the regular RC by itself.”
