“The team is very professional but I did not know that they have do mot accept returns once you fly tye drone. The drone did not meet our expectations and now we are stuck with it. That is a bad business model and will not do business with them again.”

“The buy process was smooth. Staff were patient. The delivery was split and the drone came a day later after the additional batteries arrived. The drone was to be fly ready with all current updates. Upon charging batteries I made the initial flight. Immediately the DJI fly app crashed while in flight. I landed the matrice and went through all of the systems checks. Everything was operating ok. I called for customer support and after many attempts I got someone to answer. They could not fix the problem over the phone and told me to put in a service request and someone would reach out immediately. 24 hours later I still have not heard from anyone. I did find that the controller needed updating firmware. I completed this and the drone works as advertised.”
