“Everyone who knows drones knows that the DJI Mavic 3t is one of, if not the best thermal drone on the market in its price range. Couple that with the available 3rd party software options, and it’s likely the very best. That being said, this review is focused on Advexure, not the drone. When I purchased the drone, the website said it was in stock. Apparently about the same time I purchased it, someone else bought the last one as well. They got the drone, I was going to have to wait. When I called Advexure and explained to them that I have to have a drone for a project in Florida and I ordered it because it was in stock, they stepped up to the plate! The sent me a loaner of the exact same drone, including extra batteries. It was ready to go the moment it arrived and they were kind enough to let me keep it until the back ordered drone came in, about 2 weeks later. Moving forward, if this company sells it, I’ll order it from them. In a day and age when everyone pursues price / sales above all else, Advexure stepped up and provided awesome service! That goes a long way in my book! Thank you guys for all you did! You are now at the top of my Christmas card list!”

“We requested a purchase order for $13,000 worth of equipment, the sales team was prompt to make that happen. After that, no customer service follow up and multiple attempts contacting/scheduling with owner/CEO proved unsuccessful to even get a call back. Not what I was expecting for their description of customer service on their website. Disappointed.”

“First off, like everyone else has said, Advexure ships quick. Their pre-sales assistance won me over pretty easily (they know their stuff). As far as the drone: this is my 4th DJI drone and this absolutely feels like a huge improvement over my last (Mavic 2 Pro). Sure it’s not the Hasselblad camera, but it makes up for that in several ways. The thermal is incredible and I’ve got a lot of thermal experience with handheld scopes. A big feature that isn’t mentioned or realized by most people is the new 12 micron pixel arrangement on this thermal sensor (microbolometer). It lets you zoom in a bit while remaining useful. Support from DJI is the same minimal help, but thanks to other users and online videos, I’ve now got this thing figured out.”
