“Absolutely beautiful product .. I smelt it in a garden centre and decided to check prices online - your website had a great introductory offer which I snapped up. The smell is just gorgeous - it literally makes me smile every time I walk near it and apparently it will last up to 4 months. I love that the actual oil fragrance comes in a separate bottle so you can put small amounts into the main glass jar as you need or want to. I contacted Customer Service to enquire about buying refills and a lovely lady came back to me letting me know that refills will be available in a few weeks. I'm guessing/hoping I'll be able to buy new reeds too. All in all an excellent product, a beautiful smell, great customer service and whilst it's quite pricey for a reed diffuser I will definitely be buying more. So nice to be able to give a glowing 5 star review.”

“No scent unless u pick it up and smell the reeds, very disappointing especially cost of diffuser. Customer service sent another but that was no different, won’t be buying again nor would I recommend”
