Telephoned Customer Service and explained the issue to an extremely pleasant and helpful lady who immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent to me. Brilliant customer service, thank you! Love the refillable glass bottle and the rose geranium snd amber scent. A touch of luxury in my bathroom ! Will be trying more of this brand!”
