“I intially had a problem with my origional remote controller after it accidently fell to the floor and was damaged, the shock of it falling caused part of the screen to block out and I was only able to to get fan only and heating modes. I could no get cooling mode. After a long period of trying to find out where I could get a new correct controller Airconditioning -Online came to my rescue and wrecked very helpful, and paitient with me guiding me through the purchasing process. The only down side was the cost od purches which as a fair bit more than I expected and the A$40 delivery cost was pretty exorbitant.”
