We needed the extra room downstairs for visitors to sleep overnight if need be and now there's no problem sleeping there when it's hot. The price of this unit including shipping and the ease of installation made this a no brainer in comparison to having a split system professionally installed. I had quotes and this saved me about $500 on the cheapest quote.”
