“The chair itself is pretty great. It would be nice if it would raise just a little higher, but otherwise can't be faulted. It's just a shame about the month long wait where my order was misplaced, my multiple support requests and social messages being ignored, until finally someone responded to check I still wanted the chair!!!! Once confirmed it did arrive reasonably quickly, but a bitter taste still left in the mouth. No follow up either other than this survey. While the chairs are really good, I wouldn't advise anyone to order directly - use a company with better infrastructure, like Amazon or a trusted reseller; hopefully you'll have a better experience than I did.”

“Purchased the chair for a friend. Friend said chair looks and feels amazing. Arm rests feel great and arms feel no discomfort while playing. Chair overall is very comfortable and having two pillows is absolutely the best. Friend is very happy with their AKRacing chair!”
