“I ordered my chair while at PAX East after sitting in all of the different models. Later that day I received an e-mail stating that the order was processed and the estimateed delivery date was 3/3. It wasn't until 3/3 that my chair was actually picked up by Fed Ex and the delivery date was changed to 3/7. That date came and went and the date was changed to pending. The chair was delivered on 3/9, and FedEx just left it on the side of the driveway in mud and snow. Luckily there was no damage to the chair. The instructions to put the chair together were simple and straight forward. I was able to assemble the chair easily, and quickly. The chair is just as comfortable as the model I sat in. Even after long gaming sessions, my back and neck feel great. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a gaming chair. You are cradled perfectly, with enough support to keep you comfortable.”
