“Box arrived a little beat up, but the contents were secure and with each part wrapped as to protect it. The build quality is top notch and the LX has some weight to it. The bolstering on the seat and the seat back are very secure and the frame is defiantly solid. The LX arrived with zero cuts or rips and fees high quality. I have been really enjoying the back support and can attest to the improvement in sitting posture over my previous office chair. The chair can tilt like any other chair, but can also have the seat back recline independent of the seat. The mechanism feels solid, just as the base does. I do not have a plastic carpet protector, but the wheels glide easily on my low carpet. As for materials, they feel great. I have the blue LX and its a vibrant color and looks amazing in person. An added plus is the warranty the chair comes with, covering the frame and materials. Overall this chair is fantastic and feels of greater quality than cheap amazon chairs, and I would consider it superior to DXRACER and the Titan and Omega chairs.”
