I have submitted 1 star simply because I am yet to receive the chair. As you are completely aware!!! This chair was bought as a 21st Birthday and won't be delivered on time. Your customer service is extremely poor simply because you can speak to anyone. You take days to respond to emails. Your web chat is a joke took three days to reply, then the reply was you should have received the chair!!! Still waiting for a reply to my last email dated Thursday 16th.

This chair is awesome, it’s easy enough to put together and is so damn comfy to sit on. It’s very sturdy and looks really nice too. I’d highly recommend this chair.

Ok my review seems harsh at 3 stars, let me explain. I’m 6’5” 325 lbs (well under the stated limit). The neck rest pillow sit at my lower back, so I do t know if the placement wasn’t well thought out or if the back just isn’t big and tall enough. The seat depth needs to be an inch or two longer, I feel like I’m always sitting in the edge of this thing. The lumbar support is uncomfortable but maybe that’s just me. The armrests could really benefit from some cushions, even removable and replaceable ones. Now for pros. The seat feels cushy and the over all build feels rock solid. I have no worries about it breaking. I even recline it all the way an lay that for 30 min or so, rock solid.

Hi Brandon, I would recommend playing around with the pillows a little bit. For the headrest pillow, please try to put it over the headrest rather than through the holes in the backrest. The lumbar pillow can be moved up and down, until you find a comfortable position, or be removed completely if prefered.
