“I've had this chair for a few months now and can definitely say its AWESOME. Super comfortable, I have actually fallen asleep in it once so far. When first breaking it in, my tailbone and butt would get a little sore due to the firm material still breaking in but once you own it for a few weeks and use it regularly, it breaks in just fine. Someone else reviewed saying that one problem they have is accidentally moving the left arm rest with their elbow which turns the arm rest. I have the exact same problem. I know its not a big deal at all and totally not a deal breaker or anything, just something to be aware of. But I move my arm rests so often into different positions for gaming that it doesn't even matter. Every time I sit in this chair I feel like I'm sitting in a throne. I love it. Would definitely recommend.”

“I've had this chair for two years and purposefully waiting to review it. I am working from home and a gamer, so i'm spending up to 14 hours per day. The chair is just as comfortable as the day I got it. The warranty is the real deal, had a faulty seat. The customer service is top tier, they ship the replacement fast (as long as it's not on backorder), and they keep you updated along the way. I would HIGHLY recommend this chair to anyone. The chair after 2 years is just as comfotable as the day I got it with very little wear and tear (even through moving multiple times)”

“Love this chair so much I bought a second one for my office. There is one thing though, the second one I bought has a little bit of a wobble in the piston, but it's hardly noticeable and doesn't affect the performance one bit.”

“I have had this chair for 2 years now. Not only is it the best chair that I've ever owned, it still looks the exact same as it did when I got it. There is very little wear and tear from my 12+ hour/day use. I work from home, so naturally I'm at a desk a lot. I had a defective seat awhile back that one of their customer service reps Dylan helped me out with. Not only was he professional, he was super patient, kind, empathetic, and well versed. They got me the replacement in a decent amount of time (The only reason they couldn't get it sooner is because they saw a flare up in the manufacturer defect). They're quick to respond to warranty and help. This company is hands down the best one out there, warrantying the frame of their chair for 10 years! AKRacing has my business for life”
