“Thanks for giving me the opportunity to review my experience with the Obsidian office chair. First and foremost, I like the chair very much. I bought it because of spinal issues; the chair is as comfortable as advertised. Very good. There are two issues I'll bring up, however. 1. Even with the underside knob turned all the way open (for rocking), the chair hardly rocks at all unless I have the back down quite a ways. In other words, despite the fact that the chair was designed to rock, it really doesn't at all...too difficult to do. 2. The big one: guys, your directions for building the chair are absolutely horrible. I've been around long enough to build lots of furniture/bookshelves/etc...this was horrible. About 4 hours into trying to put it together I was close to packaging the thing back up and returning it. Bottom line: I could have bought a very comfy chair at a store here (built), but chose AKRacing because I heard good things from people. So...great chair, really bad instructions (suggestion: put a few words in them...showing an allen wrench in a bolt doesn't tell me a thing at all. Also: maybe I don't understand about the rocker (is there a way to make it work). If you have suggestions, I'll love to hear them. Thanks for letting me review for you...Richard Fenwick”

“I've only had the chair for a few days, so this review is just about the initial experience. The packaging was good, everything arrived in great condition. The instructions were a little unclear but I was able to figure out how to assemble the chair, which is pretty easy. So far the fit and comfort of the chair are good. The only downside is I'm struggling a bit with getting the lumbar support to stay in place. Materials seem strong and well assembled.”

“Most comfortable chair I’ve sat in. I can easily game for several hours without feeling any back or neck fatigue. Adjustable backrest is so useful along with the 4way height adjustable armrests. Well rounded chair for gaming or desk work.”
