Really well made chair. I’m a big dude and this chair fit the bill. Very comfortable, very supportive and genuine leather. It is amazing how hard it is to find a genuine leather chair at any price point. They are all PU/Fake leather or bonded leather which may be worse than the fake stuff. This this is well made, beautifully stitched and very professional looking. It is exactly what I was looking for in my home office.

Most comfortable chair I’ve ever owned. Don’t know why I waited this long to get one.

The chair is of sturdy build quality. It was easy to put together, and it is comfortable, and easily adjustable to suite my needs.

I have had the Onyx Office Chair for about 5 months now. My old chair was from a more traditional office chair company (originally $1,000+ chair) and was giving me butt and back pain. I came across a great deal on this chair at PAX 2019 and they advised me this model isn't just for gaming, but is meant to replace a 40 hour per week office chair. I was a bit skeptical to be honest but decided it was worth a try. At first I was having some back pain but I quickly realized it was the lumbar support pad which is easily removable. Since then, this chair has been amazing. I work from home 3+ days a week and my wife works from home the days I don't. In other words, this chair gets used for 50+ hours a week. It's comfortable, looks great in my home office and is wearing fantastically considering how much it gets used. I would 100% recommend this to someone who works from home and is looking for a great chair at a great price. The fact that it looks cool is just a bonus.

Rated 4 out of 5 because one of the screw holes had to be re-tapped to chase the threads. The screw would not engage the threads. No problem for me as I happen to have metric tap/die sets and knowledge to do this work, but at this price point I should not have to rework the product. Further, the chance that other customers have the tools, skills, and desire to perform this rework on a $700 dollar chair is probably quite low. This product should have been perfect out of the box and it wasn't. With that said, now that the chair is together and in use, it is awesome and is either meeting or exceeding my expectations.
