“Just bought the chair and set it up. 1. The chair has some weight to it, which is good. Nothing feels cheap on it. Which I've had issues in the past where the chair will bend forward even though it "supports your weight". This company claims to offer a warranty for that problem which is one of the reasons I bought the chair. 2. So far I thought the cheaper Nitro chsor was more comfortable. However, I will hold off on that opinion until the chair is completly broken in. 3. The packaging does need some work. I saw quite a few customers complaining about their chairs being damaged during the shipping process. I would put more protection around everything especially the chair arms. 4. This is more of me nitpicking. But, I do see some some points on the chair where the metal is cut poorly. Very sharp edges. Usually that's from bad cutting. So far i like the chair which is why its 5 stars. But I do feel like the Nitro was a more comfortable chair.”

“This is a nice looking chair. The level for the tilt mechanism was broken on arrival. I guess I will epoxy it.”
