“It feels silly that I needed to by insurance to ensure delivery of what I purchased, but, I'm glad I did after seeing the condition of the outer box. Luckily, the contents inside were fine.”

“This is the first time I purchased a item online and had to purchase route protection. My chair arrived fine and I feel the added protection did nothing to enhance the delivery from my view. I think it is a waste of money and not necessary. If the company shipping damages the item they need to find another shipper or roll the coverage into the shipping cost period. I just don't think this fee is necessary from a consumer standpoint.”
