“I eagerly clicked on an instagram ad of this woman talking about this bible study and I ordered it from there. However, I didnt realize before ordering that it is a counterfeit and not from Alabaster. I emailed Alabaster to show them the book I received and they confirmed it was a fake. They graciously offered to send me the authentic version from them completely free of charge. The customer service is incredible and I am so thankful for them.
