Helped rectify the issue of damage during shipping and is sending a new set of books after the damage occurred
He was easy, refreshing and kind to work with and so nice when he reacted to the pictures of damage to the package
And the arrival of its contents.
I look forward to enjoying your books and the new shipment when it arrives.
There was so much damage to the box and contents I have not tried to experience the items yet in damaged form -as it made me very sad with the way they arrived to us.

“I bought these for my wife for our anniversary and while she does like them neither of us are overly impressed with the quality for the price of the books. The covers could have been thicker and a lay flat design or binding that is similar to hardcovers would have made them easier to read. There was a lot of talk about the quality of the paper which I will take your word on it that it may be a great paper but overall I was slightly let down.”
