“I purchased the Luna 16 panel 10x10x4. The most difficult part to put together were the 2 gates because I first assembled them upside down. There are really not instructions or a YouTube on putting this together. You have to use logic. It is best to stay square so if you want a circle, this one will not work well. All parts were in the boxes and nothing was bent. Some of the black paint was off and some of the bottom feet protectors were missing or loose. For the price, I didn't expect more than that. I can repaint it in the future. I'm thankful this much quality is offered in a price that is reasonable. I needed something like this, but I did not want to spend $1000 or more which is what you pay for better quality. I'd buy another one to use around a bird nest box to keep the neighborhood dogs away from the nest box but having to duck to go through the gates would not work for this purpose. I do understand that the gate has to be this way to support the full structure. I like that the top rails are straight and the top corners do not curve as that seems to be dangerous for paws. I like the 4 foot height as many in this price range do not come this tall. When my dog no longer needs this, the kennel has plenty of other uses such as protecting newly planted trees, flowerbeds, etc. It has a nice appearance that does not draw attention to itself.”

“Love the kennel but the communication from Aleko was horrible. I got one email confirming my order but could never get any kind of shipping information. I had a tracking number but it never even confirmed the product had been picked up and then it was delivered still not showing that it had ever even left Aleko. Also, when I typed the order number into the Aleko website, it didn't show there was an order. Bottom-line, the product is well made and easy to assemble but customer service needs to step up their game.”

“I am very happy with these for the price. Problem is when I wanted to purchase a single instead of a two pack, they were sold out. I ordered the same model number from their store, and description, on Amazon and got a completely different item. Smaller diameter, completely different and lesser quality. If what I ordered from Amazon, is the new model, it is not worth the money.”

“Overall very happy with my purchase. The fence panels were lighter than expected, but I actually appreciated that and consider it a "pro" for this kennel as I wasn't looking for a super heavy and bulky setup. Once bolted together it's very solid and there's no way my two small/medium dogs would ever be able to break free. I like the flexibility that it offers to move the gates and fence panels around to arrange them however I want. I'll likely reconfigure them in the future as my needs change.”

“I have bought 6 of these kennels for friends and myself and had 15% off coupon codes for the last 2 I bought for myself. When bought the amount was $335 but when they shipped them they charged me full price of $389 each so was charged $110 more for both then it said at check out!! 2 different emails and they won't respond at all!! Do love the fencing but No response or customer service. Steeling $110 more from me is unacceptable!”
