We purchased our awning through Amazon. It arrived on time and installing it was slightly difficult, but they helped with the problem and now works fine.

The ease of installation impressed us.  After installation, our patio temperature dropped 15 degrees. In the southwest desert, every degree is appreciated. We will recommend this product to other veterans.

I have had my Aleko swing gate openers for 6 years now. They have worked flawlessly!! I have adjusting tension wires on the gates to ensure lining up of the gates during humidity changes, this insures gate lock leveling. I am a true fan of Aleko. Our gate gets daily use due to a large family, it’s a great investment. By the way, I installed it myself.🙌

We loved our hot tub for the first month, then it stopped working. Instead of replacing the hot tub, the company sent us the most important part and expected us to fix it ourselves. We are an older couple, and one of us has myotonic dystrophy, so this was stressful and completely unreasonable. We bought the hot tub to help with pain, not to repair it. Very disappointed.

We got two of these with our Aleko Gate installation over 5 hrs ago. We’ve bought two more only because One was lost and it was deemed prudent to keep one around as a spare.

I've had a couple interactions with Tyler P and he was so friendly and helpful. Solved my issues very quickly even when I had a very vague question. I'm also very pleased that Aleko has made some new YouTube videos that are quite helpful for installing the opener and solar system. I may have missed the weather window for getting my gate installed before winter but at least you all have been so helpful in my understanding of the process.

I have had a terrific experience with this company...all the way around. They absolutely stand behind their product (automatic gate openers) and their customer support service is what all customer service support should aspire to provide. They have assisted me with programming and when a part failed, immediately and without hassles sent me a new part. Special shout-out to a rep named Tyler. He is not only extremely knowledgeable but very helpful in helping to get set up, running and troubleshooting. Excellent experience from this very satisfied customer.

Absolutely everything went wrong from bad parts (bent scratched) to not being able to adjust properly. Even the remote did not work properly. I ordered the remote and paid for separately! The replacement parts sent to me were the wrong color or just entirely wrong Customer service very little help Purchased in May here it is October and finally put the rest together. Now after using awning 3 times or more within an hour,it has to sit for 20 minutes for motor to reboot. The unit itself is now rusting Wish I never would have purchased Pictures are available if needed Sunsetter Awnings more expensive, should went that route.

This is the worst Company I have ever done business with. I bought a motorized awning from them through Amazon. They shipped me a fabric cover with no frame. I have been back and forth through Amazon. The bottom line is that they don’t care. They charge hundreds of dollars and will not even send what you paid for. DONT GET SCAMMED! THIS IS AN AWFUL COMPANY AND THEY ARE DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH.
