“The awning is nice I got the 16 x 10 motorized/ manual. I have now ordered the WiFi hub so I can control from phone. The instructions are confusing about a couple of things but the video instructions online cleared that up. Love it”

“I am very happy with our awesome Aleko awning. It took me a little while to put it together, but it was worth it. The instructional videos were more helpful than the written ones for me. The only part I got confused about was the arm in the middle. But the instructions walked me through what to do.”

“I purchased a 12 x 10 Caribbean manual awning. Before purchasing I contacted costumer service before buying with a few installation questions. I received answers within hours. The product was delivered in a couple of days. I was able to install the awning in a couple of hours following the instructions and viewing the video. I consider this product to be a good value having quality parts. I liked the access to costumer service and replacement parts. I would purchase again”

“I am an avid do it yourself or and have installed electrical retractable awning before. Although they instructions were a little less than complete, the customer service was outstanding. Unlike many of Amazon’s vendors, Aleko, always responded to any questions I had with a very knowledgeable Customer Service person. Furthermore, the quality of the product is excellent. I would highly recommend any of their products based on the awning I purchased.”

“ALEKO staff were very helpful in getting the awning installed. We had two men working at it for three days because they had to add a board for it to be fastened to since we had only 3" on the top of the windows. It is finally installed and looks great in the light blue we chose. I gave it a 4 star instead of 5 because of the long difficult installation.”

“I have had my Aleko swing gate openers for 6 years now. They have worked flawlessly!! I have adjusting tension wires on the gates to ensure lining up of the gates during humidity changes, this insures gate lock leveling. I am a true fan of Aleko. Our gate gets daily use due to a large family, it’s a great investment. By the way, I installed it myself.🙌”

“We loved our hot tub for the first month, then it stopped working. Instead of replacing the hot tub, the company sent us the most important part and expected us to fix it ourselves. We are an older couple, and one of us has myotonic dystrophy, so this was stressful and completely unreasonable. We bought the hot tub to help with pain, not to repair it. Very disappointed.”
