My Aleko awning was not closing properly due to the poor design of the original motor gear. So I ordered a replacement and found that the new gear had been redesigned. I've included a photo of the original and the replacement, and you can see the immense difference in the gear. I doubt if I'll have the same problem with the motor not closing the awning.
