“Excellent Company, I can't believe anyone would send a bad review, I made a mistake ordering the wrong gate and they corrected it, the gate came in a timely manner. I didn't care for the curbside delivery, I broke 2 finials moving the gate to where I have to work on it. Other than that the gate is well built and I, 'm very pleased. I give the company an A+ and would be an A++ except for the stupid delivery company (Sala) It, 's not Aleko's fault, it is the policy I even tried to tip him but he refused to drive up my driveway which would have been much easier and wouldn,t have broke the Finials.”

“I had 3 months worth of problems with my gate. The tech guys knew me by first name. A few of the problems could not be resolved easily. But the techs had patience, and we finally got er done. Tech support is very good”

“I purchased a 13 x 10 awning. The company could save money by improving the instructions for assembly of the unit as it is complex and the instructions are too brief and the drawings too small for an old geezer like me fully comprehend them but my licensed contractor who i hired to perform the assembly and installation is 55 also had plenty of trouble. But these problems are made acceptable by the great, competent and prompt service you get when you phone them, describe your problem and get their advice. Nadia, Semantha, and Victor are folks who can understand your problem and if you need parts will promptly ship them to you and do it with a smile (well it sounds like a smile even though i cannot see them) .”
