Terrible return policy, customer service was rude and not helpfull. Buyer Beware!!! They make you pay for return shipping witch is as much as the Awning.

I was told that the new one would fit exactly like the old one, far from it. The mother board came with the attachment points broken off. The instructions are terrible. I can’t get the remote to activate the motor. Very dissatisfied.

Baught a four person inflatable hot tub 10 months ago and the water pump stopped working. Contacted customer service and they told me there are no parts to fix the problem and they would give me a discount on buying another one. I have not even paid this one off yet and it broke. I followed all the rules on maintaining it and it still broke. I would never purchase from this company. Poor quality parts.

Aleko Sent us damaged parts with our awning. They sent replacements at our request, but the replacements were also damaged. Aleko now refuses to send parts again, claiming our warranty has expired.

I ordered the pedestrian gate about two months ago. It came with two defective parts so it is not completely assembled. Part F and G. One is crooked the other the screw hole is stripped. Can’t get a screw in it. I was told I have replacement parts coming and have not received them. I have left numerous voicemail messages and no one responds to me. They don’t care they sold me a broken defective gate. Very disappointed. I wish I had a properly working gate. I guess I’ll have to hire a handyman to see what he can do for me since no one at Aleko cares. Very bad customer service. Lori Leung.

this is garbage. put motor on left side no access to adjust distance of stopping when reeling back in the adjustment in block by bracket pulled. motor out several times to try to adjust not good no access to back adjuster have to hand crack rest of way i do not recommend this product money lost on junk.

If I could give no stars it would still be to many. I called and ordered some parts that were missing for our hot tub. We were told they would ship within a few days. It took over 2 weeks before the parts left the warehouse. When they did arrive, it was not even what I ordered and what was in the package was completely damaged. I called and spoke to the same person, set up for the parts that I ordered to actually be shipped I was promised they would be shipped out on "Monday" it has been another 2 full weeks and still, the parts have not moved. My credit card was charged and still nothing. No communication, no parts... disgusting.. We are going on a month now...

Immediately noticed I made a mistake on my order 210093. They sent an email that they were going to wait to ship so the right item would be delivered. Unfortunately they just went ahead and sent it. Now they said you should reject the delivery. Well I wasn’t home to reject it. Now I have to mail it back at my own cost. It’s been a pain. I got item I needed on Amazon.

First hot tub failed in less than ten days. They sent another one and the heater failed within days. The sent a new heater and am unable to install it.because the video showed the wrong hot tub Customer service said they would contact the manufacturer. A month later and no answer from anyone. Must be no one can speak Chinese. Crappy service. I just want my money back.

worst customer service ever! Dont buy any products here. I bought a dual arm set for my Gates, and the motherboard did not work. I emailed, I called, I left messages, I could not get anyone on the phone and when I did they said send a picture I said well I'm sending you a picture of a motherboard----- that doesn't work that doesn't make any sense So I have so I had to go buy a whole new set after my contractor had installed the arms there was no there was no customer support I will I would have glad have gladly paid more for any other brand than have to spend 3 days not getting out of my driveway because I couldn't get anybody to call me back I eventually had to solder off the arms of my gate because they would not send me a new motherboard
