We loved our hot tub for the first month, then it stopped working. Instead of replacing the hot tub, the company sent us the most important part and expected us to fix it ourselves. We are an older couple, and one of us has myotonic dystrophy, so this was stressful and completely unreasonable. We bought the hot tub to help with pain, not to repair it. Very disappointed.

Absolutely everything went wrong from bad parts (bent scratched) to not being able to adjust properly. Even the remote did not work properly. I ordered the remote and paid for separately! The replacement parts sent to me were the wrong color or just entirely wrong Customer service very little help Purchased in May here it is October and finally put the rest together. Now after using awning 3 times or more within an hour,it has to sit for 20 minutes for motor to reboot. The unit itself is now rusting Wish I never would have purchased Pictures are available if needed Sunsetter Awnings more expensive, should went that route.

This is the worst Company I have ever done business with. I bought a motorized awning from them through Amazon. They shipped me a fabric cover with no frame. I have been back and forth through Amazon. The bottom line is that they don’t care. They charge hundreds of dollars and will not even send what you paid for. DONT GET SCAMMED! THIS IS AN AWFUL COMPANY AND THEY ARE DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH.

The dual gate has required tons of service and parts. I have replaced the mother board, the exit wand has never worked, and when I recently ordered a replacement motor, they sent me the motor for the LEFT and I needed the RIGHT. They never asked me and now it is taking too long to get the correct part! After 30 minutes with the support person, nothing happened! When I called them back to correct it, the sales guy could not help or transfer and hung up! The wait times for "customer support" requires a call back and days of delays.

I bought a sliding gate from Aleko. What was delivered was a swing gate, meaning, holes drilled for installing a swing gate. I was told I need to drill the holes for the sliding gate. There were also missing pieces in the delivery. Which they have not sent out- even though I called them When I said I didn't expect to have to drill or weld the gate- which they do not indicate on their website, I was told "You should have asked". (Yes I was mad after being told all of this was my problem) And they delivered a 4th post, which I didn't order, and they told me it is my problem, and I need to get rid of it. The documentation delivered was for a swing gate and not a sliding gate. Manager didn't call after a day, when I called >24 hours later, 2pm on a Friday I was told they have all left and no idea why the missing pieces have ot been sent out, why the manager has not been called and why I got a swing gate when I ordered a sliding gate.

My unit came with damages and missing parts! I have still not been able to have Aleko send me the missing parts! Nor have they contacted me regarding the damaged parts and any help with this unit! The directions are very vague and even my hired contractor has been having issues putting it together since the frame doesn’t fit accurately.

Do not buy from them, I bought a new Toule sauna heater not working when I installed it. I asked for technical support, two months no solution, see what Viktor says: "Thank you for contacting us about your sauna heater. I'm sorry to learn there's a problem and look forward to helping to resolve this for you as quickly as possible. We will provide you with an update after conferring with our factory engineers. " And today, after two months of back and forth, pictures, questionaries, etc.: "No update, they are saying its best to reach out to the seller on Ebay. We wouldn't be able to support this item."

Disgusting products,subpar customer service,false warranty is could go on for days but it's not worth it.dont argue with this company just sue them in Washington purchased gate in May installed in June started to rust and deteriorate in July the post,hinges and gate. Company not honoring warranty. Playing games check bbb horrible reviews i should have checked there first.wont allow pic uploads but check my Google review

I was told that the new one would fit exactly like the old one, far from it. The mother board came with the attachment points broken off. The instructions are terrible. I can’t get the remote to activate the motor. Very dissatisfied.

Baught a four person inflatable hot tub 10 months ago and the water pump stopped working. Contacted customer service and they told me there are no parts to fix the problem and they would give me a discount on buying another one. I have not even paid this one off yet and it broke. I followed all the rules on maintaining it and it still broke. I would never purchase from this company. Poor quality parts.

Aleko Sent us damaged parts with our awning. They sent replacements at our request, but the replacements were also damaged. Aleko now refuses to send parts again, claiming our warranty has expired.
