Bought an inflatable spa. Worked great in the beginning. Now For over a month and a half it’s been losing air to the point where I’m having to air it up every day. The temperature hasn’t made it over 96 in over a month and a half also. I work all day thinking about coming home and getting in it and then I get home and it’s cold. Since it’s been past a month, they will not return it. I’ve asked about #Warranty and I have not heard anything back. Technically, it is still under warranty. Warranty 180 days/ six months. I got a response from asking to return (a big No) Got response within a few hours now I’ve emailed back about warranty coverage and it’s been two days no reply. just disappointing. Truly loved it for the first few months. However, over 500 bucks. For a whole 2/3 months of enjoyment is not what I was expecting. I was under the impression that this would last me at least a couple of years with great maintenance.

The directions are difficult I bent the arms and ordered replacements.Canvas should be factory installed.I also was promted to buy additional wall brackets( not needed ) and a remote controller ( not needed and didn't work )

I spent $4000 on the Canadian Hemlock indoor sauna and although the assembly was simple, I had to made a few modifications and there is absolutely no information on how to power the interior lights.

i dont think theres enough room in here for how im feeling even though i made a computer mistake.i ordered a control module for my little blow up spa and after placing order i had seen that i mistakenly ordered 2 instead of just the 1 i needed in about a minute i e-mailed your company and im sure you have some sort of off line ordering dept.she told me i could just not accept order when delivered and it was delivered by mailman and i was at work.so could not have refused it.if these things are all ordered by computer all it takes is ordering dept to fix up mistake by computer.anyways i went to post office module still in packaging it was shipped in not even opened and it cost me a additional 12.00 to ship it back to you WOWnow i have to wait approx 10 days to get my visa credited???when all this can be done by computer at time of sale..customer service huh??i will think twice about another order i know im just a small fish in your big pond of customers but why all the hoops for such a simple mistake???this is the age of computers the order girl had ALL my information at her fingertips and now i play the waiting game on your end i just got the 2 pkgs today and had to run to the post office and return the 2nd one i mistakenly ordered .very disappointed customer....Brad if you NEED any more of my info for the return please contact me asap...thank you

The Item i have order 1xMotor and Gear box assembly for sliding Gate Opener AC1500/AR1550, I have order the wrong one, the gear on my AR1550/AR2450 will not fix on the AC1500/AR1550. My gear has 16 teeth with not slot key. The motor AC1500/AR1550 on the shaft where the gear goes shaft have a slot for a key to hold the gear in place. My motor doesn't have that type of shaft. So, it doesn't fix. So requested a return and a refund. unless you have the motor AR1550/AR2450 I 'm willing to exchange and pay the difference Thank You

Our delivery (Pro # 518391461)was on Oct 6,2022. Only half of the 12 boxes listed were delivered. I spoke to Thelma at Promatrans and she said she would initiate a dock search. I spoke to Tanisha at RoadRunner who was very helpful and sent me a picture of beautiful wrapped pallet ready for shipping. So, something happened between RoadRunner and our address on 1590 Chatsworth Blvd. And I spoke to Lanea on Oct 11th who said she would also initiate a dock search request. Well, “they” found the motor and delivered it last week. So now we’re missing #3,5,6,7,8,10 out of the 12 original order. Meanwhile the huge gate, fencing, and posts are having to sit in driveway because we can’t install without the other parts. Please see if you can find what products are associated with those numbers above, and call me at (619) 990-0086. I am Jeff Moore , the contractor helping Randolph West because he’s in his 80’s and needs help. I’ve worked with Randy for 20years on various projects. Please help us complete this one! It’s for his own security.. Thank You, Jeff. I’m not very techy, so I don’t have photo files to download, just photos.

I was told at time of order it would be here next day. After 5 days, I received calls from several offices/departments with your company. Each gave me different information concerning who the delivery man was, what number he would be calling me from, and most importantly, conflicting information about whether I needed to have someone here to help unload it. . One of your people told me I needed 3 men, another told me i needed 1 man. Very frustrating. The email I was sent included a "threat" that if I didn't have people to help, they would not unload it, leave with it, and charge me extra. In the end, it turned out that the gentleman who delivered it was very helpful and smart, and he and my 68 year old husband got it unloaded even though my husband has a bad back. But up to that point, I didn't know what was going to happen. It was all very stressful!

Overall the product is nice and looks great! However, do not underestimate what it takes to construct and adjust! The attached images shows how the arms do not close in sync resulting in the middle arm protruding when the shade is closed. If someone can tell me how to fix that the rating on this will improve!

I bought an inflatable hot tub and it failed in 30 days but they sent a replacement which I was able to use for a month but it has failed and now my warranty is out and product discontinued and no parts to repair AND they will provide nothing. So if you want an inflatable spa that you can get 30 days of usage then waste your money on one of these products. The reason for two stars is they admitted first tub had issues and replaced plus at least warranty does reply. Product isn’t worth purchasing

Two out of three orders have been wrong. Twice they sent the wrong color and one of those was also the wrong part. I would never buy another one these, very poor design

Too hard to figure out how to hang this shade. I believe it wasn't cut properly, will be sending it back, I didn't buy it to have to cut holes in the material.

weak in structure.Was nice until first stormy day.Remote did not work,notified company 3 times.Could not wind up fast enough to close.Needs a center support..Bent and tore the awning and structure.

Be very careful when taking it out of the box. when opening it the arms sprang and almost cut off my son in law's ear, NO WARNING IN THE BOX OR IN THE INSTRUCCION.

The advertising says HIGH QUALITY but in my opinion they are any thing but. The installation instructions are not very complete and tell you to install parts after you have it completely together so you have to take it back apart to install the support roller the model I purchased is 20 foot long and one support roller is not sufficient and was told that by one of the sales reps the ends of the support arms started cracking and splitting apart and the one support roller broke on the first attempt at extending the awning out I contacted aleko and they would not warranty the part because they couldn't verify if it was factory defective or improper install well if you read the manual it only goes on one way and it was installed correctly so I had to buy a replacement roller support and I purchased a second roller support because one isn't enough to support the 20 foot tube. The materials used are cheap and weak and will break if you try to adjust any part of the awning. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS AWNING TO ANYONE.

Replaced the Dometic awning fabric on my 5th wheel and although they claim they are a direct replacement it is not.. After I installed it when I rolled thew awning back up to the trailer I could not release the latch to roll it back out. Contacted support and they could only tell me that all the fabric is made like this and were no help at all in finding a fix.. I finally paid a tech to come out and he stated the material was not made correctly for the application but he did modify the roller to fix the issue.. Called Aleko today and apparently there were no customer service managers or supervisors available to take my call.. We'll see if I ever hear from them again..
