Some cutomer service reps sounded asleep,some not knowledgable a few helpful Gates working as expected.

Product itself is great as far as function. Some metal was bent and dented so that required us to straighten in order to slide into another pole. Not sure if we were given a return unit, but it definitely did not look brand new. Directions were difficult to see fine details and the qr video support did not match the direction booklet. Additionally, there is no information about mounting the awning to a roof and how many brackets are needed on the awning product page. The recommendations are in the instruction manual so we had to purchase additional and wait for arrival in order to meet time recommendations.

Awning system works well…fabric is decent and looks great. We were not impressed with the lack of clarity on instructions that came with the kit. Also the hardware was definitely low quality/ duty. Next time we will definitely spend the extra money and shoot for something a little higher quality.

I was told by one of your agents that the roller purchased would fit 20x10 frame? Wrong! I explained I had 20x10 frame! On line ii does not say which roller will work! Disappointed! To much trouble to return!!! Still looking for correct roller!

Hello. I just want to be sure and say thank you to Maria, and her manager for the way they treated me concerning the raft I had purchased about a month ago. It had a slow leak in the front air chamber. They were really great about it. I sent them a few pictures of it, and did a soapy water test on it which they asked for. They are replacing my raft with a new one. So their service is awesome. They stand behind their product. I look forward to many years of fun with my new raft. Thank you again Aleko. The older 1400 chain is not #41. It's actually better #40. It looks like you have downsized now. I bought the wrong replacement based on the present. Lost in translation. Put this in your reviews.

The fence itself was fine . Perfect for temporary, or living on rocky surface as I do. Much easier to install than tradional fencing. I have purchased 5 boxes of the 5x5 kennels. but it has now been 9 days since I have sent an email to customer service requesting additional hardware not included in the SEALED AND INTACT bags for the products.. I am missing close to 16+- complete nut and bolt sets and 9 +- nuts.( I don't remember the exact amount as stated in the email to them at the timeof this review).. I've had no response, and no package in the mail. These sets can run fairly expensive being so many. The costs of the fence was to INCLUDE hardware. Having to buy that MAJOR part, may become costly. I was planning on expanding the kennels, but customer service means alot to me. So that may no longer be an option.

The circuit board does not work and Aleko staff have not been able to offer support and answers over the phone. As far as I can tell they do not understand the product themselves.

Very upset, my parts came with NO INSTRUCTIONS!!!! How did you guys expect someone to put the damn arms on and the rest of the parts on!! They are having problems with one gate not opening and closing at the same time!! You can contact them!! 1-951-599-3601 . Please do. The gate needs trouble shooting Which they have done!! I already sent Aleko something regarding this. Aleko needs a boost in their design team, and a little better Quality Control team. I've had to redesign a few items from Aleko so far. I love the overall design of their products, and I certainly love their prices. This last item I purchased (poles) has an issue with the pin location on the poles. Once the floor ring was screwed to my deck the poles would not turn and lock. I had to shorten the pole bottoms. Relocating the pins would have worked also.

Could use more tie down spots. I had to use bungee cords to fasten completely.

Lack of support on the arms. Very uneven and sagging when extended, probably going to add some arms from canopy to deck for support

There was only one thing that went well - delivery. Good job Fedex. I purchased the 20x-10x motorized LED awning that was *supposed* to allow me to choose the side my motor was on. It did not. Instructions were useless. The pictures of the parts were so tiny you could barely tell what they were. There was no direction as to which arms should go where and in what position. This made for huge headaches when the realizations were made that things were wrong and we had to mount/dismount/mount/dismount/mount (Yes, three times) with a very heavy, long awning that Aleko claimed could be installed by 2 people with 2 ladders. It took 4 people and 4 ladders. To add insult to injury, the price dropped significantly since I purchased the awning. I reached out to customer service and they were not willing to refund me the difference. It is not worth the headache. Do not buy. * Revised 8/7 - Aleko refunded me the difference in price for the awning and for the struggles. They assured me they are working on the instructions, so good luck to you all in the future!

I ordered a navy blue window awning, came very fast. It was not easy to figure out the directions , miss spelled words like red instead of rod , etc. but it works great once finally up, however it faded from dark blue to greyish in one year. So wish it was made of better fabric.

You don't want a review from me, so frustrated with your company. Ordered 10x16 motorized awning. Looked beautiful but did not come with enough supports to hold up the weight. We had to buy more. Than it was to heavy to stay up when only half extended. We bought legs and only but it out about 4 feet. I contacted the company twice to no avail. Both Responses were not helpful, offering no help at all. Unsympathetic and really ridiculous. They were form letters basically saying all are working from home so be patient. NO HELP AT ALL. Never ever again!
