“I went by the discription of which arm I needed according to your web site. got the arm and it was the wrong one. called teck support, they asked for pictures. sent them. after not hearing, I called and talked to a different person told me he would get a holed of the person that I was dealing with. got a email saying it was the correct arm and to install it. I called and talked to someone and told me to email the first guy again. I told he that I was already on the phone with him and explained to him how the new and old arms don't match. after finally convinceing him that the new would not fit , he said he would send me the correct one. Not very happy.P.S you have the pictures of the old and new arms showing the differance.”

“Exact same item easy to replace, only thing I do differently is put a couple extra washers at the front pivot post between the rail and arm.. Works great otherwise and looks like new..”
