This chain driven sliding gate opener is designed with a 120V AC (3/4 HP equivalent) motor which provides exceptional starting torque and continuous operation, making it perfect for most applications. It opens gates weighing up to 1,700 lbs or 59 Ft in length (20 ft chain is included; if your gates are more than 20 ft in length then you can purchase an extra chain in " Chains" section).

“Have to give this a 5 star rating due to the price. All that I did with my old sliding gate was install new wheels/bearings to make sure that the new opener didn't work too hard. This little opener is a great and simple device. It's been running for 3 months now with no issues. It operates at a minimum of 4 open/close cycles per day at my residence, so it gets used often.”

“Built a 20' sliding gate out of 2" square tube (the thing prob weights about 1000 lbs). The instillation was simple and instructions were adequate but had to fab out some custom brackets to make it work. Don't expect the gate to open at 100mph but for the price you cant beat it. Also it would be wise to pick up some extra master links for the chain in case one shears off or you need to make adjustments down the road.”
