This chain driven sliding gate opener is designed with a 120V AC (3/4 HP equivalent) motor which provides exceptional starting torque and continuous operation, making it perfect for most applications. It opens gates weighing up to 1,700 lbs or 59 Ft in length (20 ft chain is included; if your gates are more than 20 ft in length then you can purchase an extra chain in " Chains" section).

“It works. It was a little difficult to get it hooked up. The Magnet switches are not working due to me having a chain link gate that sways a little when it opens and closes. I recommend a solid metal bar gate if you are going to hook this one up. I wish that they had a better bracket for hooking the magnets (limit switches) onto the gate. I wish that the instructions were a little better. Seems to work good though for the price. We shall see how long it runs. If it keeps running with no problems after a couple of years I'd rate this item a 4 star. The motor seems really strong.”

“For everybody that says it doesn't come with the remotes, you must take off the cover from the unit and the remotes are in their. I'm very satisfied with this opener, works flawless from the start!”

“I've been using this for about 2 weeks and it seems to be working great. I already had a concrete platform to anchor it to so install was pretty straightforward. It's not complicated, but it isn't easy to install. There are almost no usable instructions or parts list. I had to use my logic and MacGyver skills to figure out which parts to use and which were extra for my particular set up.”

“Wonderful customer service from Aleko. The item came on time and when I thought the remotes were missing, I emailed Aleko and received a call within 2 minutes of sending out the email. Little do I know the remotes were inside the unit itself. Nonetheless, Aleko was very responsive and the item was delivered fast! My contractor has this gate opener and recommend I get one as its easy to install and works real smooth!”
