Bought this gate opener because it's economical. It works well, and it's my first gate installation, (but I'm an electrician). Some info/tips to know: 1)The instructions are not user friendly. 2) Most useful item is that the two wires labeled "V" and "W" on the control panel may have to be switched, to reverse direction. (if the gate seems to go in the wrong direction when you first hit the button). I did it on mine. It's easy. Just unscrew the two wires from their lug, and switch them. 3) Buy a can of rustoleum and paint the base, so that the factory thin coating on the base is more rust proof. 4) Magnets are touchy. Make sure they are not set too high or low, or they interfere with control limit switch stopping or starting. 5) If chain is too short, mini bike chain is the same type. I bought chain extension at a bike shop cheap.

Inexpensive easy to set up compleat kit.Don't skimp on the rollers. You gate should move easily with your hand. Keep the chain lubed but don't use anything that is so sticky that it gums up the works.
