PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
This chain sliding gate opener has a 120V AC (1 1/2 HP equivalent) motor which provides an exceptional starting torque and continuous operation, making it ideal for most applications. Constructed with an aluminum alloy chassis, it's corrosion resistant and light enough for one person to carry and install. The heavy-duty motor supports gates weighing up to 2400 lbs (1100 kg) and up to 40 ft in length. The 20 ft gate chain is included. If your gates are more than 20 ft in length then you can purchase an extra chain in " Chains" section).

“This is my third Aleko gate opener in nine years. They're cheap but they work pretty well for a few years. One of the most annoying things for me are the magnets. First, the cheap plastic holder is going to break. So just plan on throwing that away. I just zip tie it to the bracket and it's fine. But the instructions also aren't very good about explaining how the magnets should line up and what the difference between the "North" and "South" one is. Just understand that each magnet has to hit the sensor at different places. And in fact, there's a sticker on the opener that says the magnets should be aligned to the middle of a line on the sensor. This was completely wrong on my opener and I had to spend a good thirty minutes testing to find the right placement. These openers will work until they don't. One day, it will just stop. But that's what you get with something so cheap.”

“Such a great value for the price! The fabric weave blocks the visibility extremely well. It was a 2-person job to hang it tightly stretched--one to pull it taut and one to zip tie. The ties that came with the screen weren't great--too short to use over our top fence rail and many of them snapped when stretched due to poor quality. You may need to purchase your own zip ties, but the screen is great.”

“I was a little skeptical about buying an electric splitter but after 8 hrs. of use splitting just over a full cord of seasoned poplar with some beech and oak mixed in I have no regrets on my purchase.”
