“After I bought the openers I tried so many times to communicate with you to order 2 extra remote control, no body answered, communication with your customers is so poor so bad, I'm afraid it is going to be the same way if I ask for service. I hadn't install the openers, we are waiting for building Department approval.”

“I received the order a week after I placed it and it was missing the Key pad, Safety sensors, and the key pad cover. I called Aleko and was told it would be in another box a few days later NOT TRUE! I waited 4 more days nothing. Called them back and had to jump through hoops to get them to agree to send me the missing items and guess what 3 days later and nothing has been shipped! I install gate motors and decided to give Aleko a shot bad idea.”

They've worked perfectly every day several times a day, ever since I installed them. I've found customer service to be very responsive whenever I've needed a question answered. If I ever move and put gates on the new place, I'm going with this company again.”
