“The awning is nice. Assembly was not too bad, but could have gone better with needed changes to instructions. Install drawing of center support roller is not intuitive, nor the install view of the bumpers. One of the roller tubes had a dent in it that was about 1/2” deep. I was able to work most of it out. There was no visible damage to the packaging. I assume the damage occurred at the factory. The center support rollers were not freely rotating and one roller was missing a spacer nut. Also the prescribed 16mm mounting bracket sleeve bolt hole diameter is wrong, a 16mm hole is much too big for the supplied bolts. Metric sized impact driver masonry bits are not readily available. They are available for rotary impact hammers, but buying a specialized bit and renting or purchasing a rotary hammer drill for drilling six holes is not practical. I purchased 1/2” Red Head sleeve bolts to use for securing the mounting brackets. I still have an issue with one of the projection arm assemblies dropping noticeably lower than the other when the awning is retracted, but I’ll figure it out. It’s the arm on the left in the attached photo.”
