“Just put up the 12' x 10' solid gray manual awning. Fairly easy to install, but watch the video first. My wife loves it. Now we can enjoy sitting in the front of our house. In the shade!”

“Received my awning with in a few days. It was packaged well. I took my time and had my girlfriend assist me with assembly. I consider myself pretty handy and that said it took approximately 4 hours to assemble. Directions need better photos I found myself going to internet for help on things that were not clear. Now mounting is the tricky part. Make sure you are able to locate studs prior to installing the mounting brackets. My vinyl siding made it difficult to mount it flush and o needed to modify and use different hardwAre to mount. Once installed (8 hours later) we love it. Only been up 1 day so far. But for the price it seems to be a great buy!”
