PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

“The roller guide made it impossible to fit the square metal holder to get fitted into the middle u anchor. It also made it very difficult to get it into the 2 side u anchors. The instructions are very poor. There is practically no instruction on the tilt adjustment. People who buy this product are not professional installers. The nuts on the bolts easily got loose thread. I had to procure my own bolts. The nut and bolts for the u shape anchors are smaller than before. I am guessing this is because the the fit of the square metal holder of the awning cannot be positioned into the u brackets such that the original sized bolt cannot fir into the holes in the u bracket.”

“I ordered an awning in October. I realized it was too heavy for my roof and returned it right away--still October. It is now December, and while I've written twice about "Where's my refund," I still have heard/seen nothing. This is not okay.”
