This product is a replacement right side retractable arm that is compatible with the 10x8 awning. This is the right side retractable arm only. This awning arm is 8 feet (2.5 meters) long. For awnings that are 10x8 feet, you will need two arms total: (1) right arm + (1) left arm.

“Sent wrong size part. I requested an arm for 8' x 6.5' awning, was told this part would work. It did not. Tried calling customer service - no answer to return part. Sent email on same topic, was told to expect reply in 2 days - it has been over 2 weeks. Very poor service.”

“Arm was ok, original instructions not clear enough and warning on the strong spring was not specific enough. Should have much stronger warning and Danger signs.”
