PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
ALEKO according to the Installation Manual the Retractable patio awning should be installed to the wall on 8 Ft height.
In case if you have an obstruction like a light fixture or just do not have the height, you can mount the awning on the roof using this special ceiling brackets.

“Box was beat up on arrival. I ordered 3 brackets. 2 were wrapped in plastic 1 was not. There was no packing material in the box and because of that some paint was chipped off.”

“There are no to good 8nstruction,also i call customer services,tech services on to today i slready left 10 message not answer ,my awining is sitting in the floor for almost 1 month Luis canas 2039975943”

“Our awning still hasn't arrived after 8 weeks. We were promised 4-6 weeks due to the item being back-ordered. After waiting 8 weeks, they say it will be another 4-6 weeks. SUMMER WILL BE OVER BY THEN!!!!! I would beware of this company and will ask for a refund and hopefully will not have to file it as a fraudulent charge on my credit card.”

“Cannot rate this product as it is back ordered for 3-5 weeks. I wish I had know before I spent the money for the awning. I cannot install without these brackets”
