“Satisfied with the center support, it seems to be made from a different metal. Unstaisfied with the whole awning, not as easy to install as it was made out to be. Have had two parts break one replaced by your company the other, the support, I had to buy. When rolling the awning out the roll jumps out of the support roller.”

“Bought this as an extra Roller support for my awning 20'× 10' which was purchased last year. Made it more sturdy when opening and closing. Would be nice if bigger awnings came with 2 Rollers Supports. Not the same as the original Roller Support but does the job.”

“I got the extra Roller because we have one of your 20 ft awnings. One roller is just not enough for a smooth operation of the unit. We got a 16 and 20 foot back in 2021. Love them. Just ordered in new canvas for both.”

“I have had a problem with the way my Awning rolls up from the beginning and that is what broke the Center Support”
